(ADD) Florida Corporate Services ADD's core business is to provide real-time motor vehicle inquiry solutions to DPPA qualified companies that need Florida automobile information to conduct daily business operations. Tallahassee-based ADD offers this web-based service with a touch of southern hospitality to provide the most personable customer service possible. Prior to obtaining access to personal information on a motor vehicle record from the DHSMV databases, each of ADD's commercial clients is vetted and must sign an Account Agreement and User Registration form identifying for which DPPA exemption the company/user qualifies. All Florida motor vehicle and driver license records are accessed one-inquiry/one-record at a time, for which ADD charges a per-transaction inquiry fee. In addition to providing customers access to valuable motor vehicle information, ADD and DirectPost-Office, Inc. have developed a suite of “title form and letter tools” for its customers to complete a variety of Florida automobile title applications as well as certified letters that are utilized in government, towing, mechanic, and storage industries. This proprietary suite of tools reduces error and fraud while expediting critical titling and notification processes. DirectPost-Office, Inc. is presently in the process of expanding this suite of web-based tools to the towing and storage industry in Texas and Georgia. Most recently, ADDTag, Inc. partnered with the Florida DHSMV to become a web-portal for Florida automobile dealers to report the issuance of temporary license plates and registration data directly into the Florida Real-time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS) database. ADDTag, Inc. is now the leading vendor of Florida’s “Electronic Temporary Registration” (ETR) system which went into effect on July 1, 2008.
