News in 2021

This is the time of year when we tend to reflect on the things we are thankful for.

We are thankful for each of you, our customers, who keep us on our toes and challenge us to continuously improve and expand our services. We are thankful for the customer who has been with us the longest and trusted us for over 20 years, and we’re thankful for our newest customer whose account was just activated today. You have allowed us to grow, to employ more team members, and to extend our services into more states in the past year.

We are thankful for the opportunity to work with government and industry partners who collaborate with ADD to improve processes that benefit consumers and businesses. More than two decades of experience in the personal data space has allowed ADD to become the only company of our kind to contract with 42 Motor Vehicle departments for access to real-time title and registration records using our single VIN query approach. We are thankful for the ability to be in this unique position on behalf of our growing customer base.

ADD’s leadership is thankful for its talented, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Customer service, sales, support and technology associates are the heart and soul of our company. They are who our customers depend on to answer questions, solve problems, and offer new and improved ways of doing business. While the past two years have presented so many challenges for all of us, our phenomenal team members have persevered on your behalf.
