You’ll soon be able to upload any PDF into your ADD DirectPost-Office (DPO) app and send it via USPS Certified Mail with just a few clicks of your mouse. We understand how valuable the benefits of certified mail are to our customers, and DPO’s new Custom Letter tool offers a solution that takes the post office, shipping scales, and printing labels out of the equation. With DPO, just click, sit back, and track!

Since 2003, DPO has been helping our customers save time and money by merging DMV123 records into our available state-required forms and sending the merged document via certified mail. The Custom Letter tool will allow you to upload any PDF file, enter the mailing address, and let us handle the rest! With either DPO option, after you click “Mail Letter,” we’ll provide you with tracking information which you can access in your ADD account for three years.

We’ll let you know as soon as the Custom Letter tool is available. In the meantime, check your ADD dashboard to make sure that your DirectPost-Office app is activated so that you’ll be able to access this new time-saving feature!
