This service is available to DPPA-qualified companies in Texas and other states. Texas customers can also access Multi-State vehicle records from the NMVTIS database. Texas towing operators can use Auto Data Direct and DirectPost-Office to streamline the notification process. Auto Data Direct provides vehicle inquiries by VIN which include owner and lienholder information. This information can be used to complete certified letters in the DirectPost-Office program.
