As part of ADD’s continued effort to better serve our customers ,ADD has added Saturday mailings for DirectPost-Office certified letters. Any certified letter generated in DirectPost-Office before 11:00am EST on Saturday will go out the same day. Sending Certified Letters out 6 days a week will assist States that have a shorter length of time in their statutory requirement for notifying vehicle owners and lienholders.

As of May 9, 2017, letters will process at 11:00 am EST instead of the previous 10:00 am EST. Letters created before 11:00 a.m. EST will now go out on the same day, letters processed after 11:00 a.
