End of Year Holiday Office Hours & Shipping Schedule

With the Christmas and New Year’s holidays right around the corner, Florida Dealers should be sure to have plenty of temporary tag stock on hand.
For the Christmas Holiday:
UPS will not be picking up or delivering tags on Monday, December 24th or Tuesday, December 25th.
If you need temp tags before the Christmas weekend, they must be ordered by Thursday, December 20th before 3:00 pm.
Temp tags ordered Friday, December 21st should be received by Wednesday, December 26th.
##### For the New Year Holiday:
Due to the high volume of deliveries around the holiday season, ADD highly recommends that Florida dealers place their temp tag orders by Thursday, December 27th to ensure that tags will be delivered before the New Year holiday.
##### Auto Data Direct’s Holiday Office Hours:
- The ADD office will be closing at 6pm on Friday, December 14th and will
resume normal business hours on Saturday, December 15th.
- The ADD office will be closed on Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th in
observance of the Christmas holiday and will resume normal business hours on
Wednesday, December 26th.
- The ADD office will be closed on January 1st 2019 in observance of the New Year and will resume normal business hours on Wednesday, January 2nd 2019.
