News in 2022

Customer Service has always been a core value to us at Auto Data Direct and our field reps are no different. While their primary function is to bring in new accounts and drive sales, we know how important it is to keep doing the right things for our existing customers and not forget where we’ve come from.

ADD’s territory reps are seasoned sales professionals, who have assigned areas in which they are able to sell, manage new business, schedule and perform requests for demos, and support existing accounts. It’s no exaggeration to say that it takes a special kind of person to do this job well. These folks must have excellent communication skills, and be able to nurture and grow the relationships we have with hundreds of existing clients! All while going out each week to meet new people and ask them for their business. They provide training, both over Zoom and on-site, present at educational classes, and attend various association town halls and conferences, giving them a keen ear to the ground as to what is going on in the various industries we serve across the nation.

Our field reps are always working to provide the latest information and industry news to our customer base while ensuring they are taking full advantage of any ADD services that may benefit their company. Having an account with Auto Data Direct gets you an account manager and industry consultant in one, for free! While our reps can’t provide legal advice, we are a great resource of information and at very least can point you in the right direction.

Meet our newest Territory representative for South Florida, D’kota Cassady:

Hi! My name is D’kota Cassady, and I have been with Auto Data Direct for just shy of 3 years now. I started with ADD as a member of the inside sales team. I recently relocated to Broward to take on the South Florida Territory Representative position. This is not my first time in the area, as my parents were born and raised here, and I was born at Plantation General. We moved at an early age, but I returned for my high school years. After graduating from American Heritage School, college took me away from the area again until my return in October 2022.

Fun Facts:

• My hobbies include reading, cooking, baking, and gardening.
• I played softball for 17 years.
• I keep multiple daily agenda planners.
• I am a marine biology enthusiast.
• I am a huge Atlanta Braves fan!
