The acquisitions follow on the heels of ADD’s recent purchase of Opus VTR.

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a Reynolds and Reynolds company, announced today the acquisition of USA ELT, an electronic lien and titling service, and Florida ETR, a print-on-demand temporary tag provider for automotive and specialty dealers based in Miami, Florida.

ADD provides innovative web-based tools to expedite and simplify federal- and state-required business processes, while providing real-time national motor vehicle information. USA ELT and Florida ETR clients will now be serviced by ADD.

“This acquisition not only gives us a stronger presence in Florida, but further positions ADD as the leader in this industry,” added Mike Samaan, national sales director for ADD.

Clients of both USA ELT and Florida ETR can now access their services under a single portal and login, manage employee access levels, and leverage ADD’s new full-service 50-state title and registration tool.

USA ELT clients are now able to:

• Activate and manage ELT services for all available ELT states through a single interface.
• Print or email lien satisfaction letters complete with their company logo.
• Search real-time owner and lienholder status information complete with current addresses.
• Search vehicle title histories including vehicle theft, junk, and salvage report information with ADD’s NMVTIS Title Check service.
• Create and send customer notification letters (including the Florida Notice to Surrender) via electronic certified mail with DirectPost-Office (DPO).

Florida ETR clients are now able to:

• Utilize the ETR temporary tag service and fee calculation tool, as well as receive expanded access to the Electronic Filing System (EFS) point-of-sale permanent title and registration service.
• Search trade-in ownership and lienholder status with DMV123 real-time motor vehicle searches.
• Access NMVTIS Title Check vehicle title history reports, showing current theft report, junk/salvage, and title brand information.

In March, ADD acquired titling and registration company Opus VTR, opening the door for further growth in the recreational and specialty dealer market.
