Changes to ADDTag Shipping for 2012

for Auto Dealers on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 by Auto Data Direct

Effective January 2012, due to UPS shipping increases ADD will implement an incremental increase in shipping charges for large temporary tag orders.

ADD selected UPS as its shipping vendor based upon its history of reliable and cost-effective service. We know when we ship the tag stock out that it will arrive the next day in good condition, at an affordable cost. On the rare occasion your package does not arrive in a timely manner, UPS’s tracking number (available on your tag order history) makes it easy to track down the problem quickly.

Without much fanfare or notice, shipping and material costs have risen over the past several years. Auto Data Direct has been absorbing these fee increases rather than passing it on to our customers, but costs have reached a point that we must make adjustments. Read the UPS explanation of its fee increase.

Due to the shipping weight of larger tag orders, shipping charges for packages over 50 tags will increase. There will be no change to shipping charges for orders up to 50 tags. Shipping charges for 2012 will be as follows:
