ADD is excited to announce that effective immediately, all Florida ADDTag users will now have the option to print and use the state approved 82994 & 82995 “Rainbow” POA forms via your ADDTag additional forms page!

Both versions of the forms have been approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) for use by Florida dealers via the ADDTag application. Waiting in line at your local county’s tag office to obtain these forms will now be an inconvenience of the past as you can order the approved Rainbow forms directly through our approved vendor, print your deal information directly from your laser printer and upload the forms while sitting comfortably at your desk.

For those dealers who have prebuild form packages, don’t forget that you can now include these forms within those existing packets, and they will fit in nicely with your Buyer’s Guides, Insurance Affidavits, Lemon Law Disclosures, and many more.

To find these forms, please log into your Auto Data Direct account, select the ADDTag application, select the drop-down menu titled “Tools” and select “Additional Forms”.
