- **What is my Archive tab used for? **
The Archive is where you can go to view queries or DPO letters generated on your company’s ADD account. To review a query, you can click on the View Record Free link to the left of the query or DirectPost CM to view your DPO packet.
- **I need to view temporary tags/metal plate transfers I have issued, where can I view these? **
You can view every temporary tag and metal plate transfer under your Tag Archive. This tab is found by clicking ADDTag , and then selecting Tag Archive on the second row of tabs. From your Tag Archive , you can see when the tag was issued, who it was issued by and you can even search for transactions by date, reference ID, VIN, tag number or registrant name.
- **I need to void a temporary tag/restore a metal plate, where do I go? **
From your Tag Archive , you can void temporary tags issued on the same day before midnight and restore metal plate transfers at any time.
- **I need a complete list of all the tag deals my company has done, where can I view these? **
ADD offers its customers a full log of every temporary tag and metal plate transfer transaction. Under the ADDTag tab, this feature can be found by clicking the Log Book tab. From this tab, you can search your company’s entire tag history. ADD allows you to customize your search by time period, specific start and end dates, control numbers as well as tag numbers.
After you have selected your search specifications, simply click the Show Log Book button at the bottom and a report using your specific search guidelines will be generated instantly.
