As this year’s Florida legislative session ends, ADD is excited to announce the expansion of EFS with the passing of HB 1057!
Effective October 1, 2019, the Electronic Filing Service (EFS) will become available for derelict and salvage motor vehicles allowing companies to process title transactions, derelict motor vehicle certificates and certificates of destruction electronically through the EFS system. With the new EFS expansion, customers will be able to electronically file paperwork and submit state fees via ACH transfer. The new process will not only save time and money, but will help increase accuracy while filing paperwork.
