There are many different features and capabilities inside your ADD ELT manifest. As an ADD Contact User, you can easily modify ELT user permissions by following these simple steps:

After the Contact User logs in, select the ELT tab, then Settings button and finally the User Access Levels option. Clicking on the dropdown arrow in the User Account field will display all the users currently active in the account. The Contact User then selects one of the users to set the permissions for and proceeds to make the choice to **Allow ** or to **Deny ** permission to do any combination of the following;

• Access the FL ELT program: if this is denied, the user will not see the ELT tab at all
• ELT Modify Profile Access: if this is allowed, the user can modify other users’ profiles ELT access
• ELT Lien Delete Access: if this is allowed, the user can remove the lien without marking it Satisfied
• ELT Cancel Queued Request: when a request to Satisfy or Convert is first made, it can be cancelled
• ELT Convert To Paper Title: allows user to request an ELT to be Converted to Paper with the lien attached
• ELT View Lien Details: allows user to see the timeline of transactions affected that lien
• ELT Lien Error Reporting: allows user to send an error report on the lien to the DMV
• ELT Lien Satisfy Access: allows user to send request to DMV to remove the lien from the title
• ELT Modify Security Access: allowing this ability to the user lets the user change the security settings for the Contact User as well as every other user on the account.
