As more and more businesses begin reporting their junk, salvage, and total loss information , many states and businesses now require proof that you are signed up to report to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) through an approved data consolidator. In response, ADD has created a confirmation document that will provide this proof.

The form consists of your company name, address, your assigned NMVTIS ID, as well as ADD’s contact information. This form is available to all NMVTIS customers.

To view and print your NMVTIS ID confirmation, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ADD account using your username and password.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click the Print Confirmation button below your NMVTIS ID and ADD PIN.

Once you click the Print Confirmation button a window will open containing a PDF file of the confirmation document. Save the file or print a hard copy for proof of your NMVTIS ID and establishment of service with ADD. If your company has more than one NMVTIS ID, you will need to print a separate confirmation for each.
