As you may have noticed, Auto Data Direct has recently changed some of our security procedures. These changes will allow ADD to keep your account and the data you have access to more secure. Where do I log in? Where you originally would enter your username and password on the top right of ADD123.

As part of ADD’s continued effort to better serve our customers ,ADD has added Saturday mailings for DirectPost-Office certified letters. Any certified letter generated in DirectPost-Office before 11:00am EST on Saturday will go out the same day. Sending Certified Letters out 6 days a week will assist States that have a shorter length of time in their statutory requirement for notifying vehicle owners and lienholders.

On Wednesday, July 19th, at 2PM , ADD will be conducting an overview of the EFS system that allows your dealership to issue permanent metal plates and perform permanent plate transfers for your customers. The webinar will address common errors, how to solve them, as well as when things should be handled by the tax collector.

Auto Data Direct’s Electronic Lien and Title system allows you to manage liens that you have recorded via a convenient, simple interface that allows you to quickly order paper titles, satisfy liens, or even generate repossession paperwork easily and quickly. There are several notable changes to the use of Electronic Lien and Title records in South Carolina, Nevada, and Georgia as of this summer:

In order to better serve customers, ADD is extending the cut-off time for sending out letters in DirectPost-Office. As of May 9, 2017, letters will process at 11:00 am EST instead of the previous 10:00 am EST. Letters created before 11:00 a.m. EST will now go out on the same day, letters processed after 11:00 a.

ADDTag is your one stop shop for issuing temporary or permanent tags to your customers. Auto Data Direct is consistently adding new and exciting features to make your life as a dealer easier and to make the process of issuing your customer a tag as accurate and fast as possible.

Auto Data Direct is excited to announce its upcoming EFS training webinars! ADD will provide a general overview of the process of performing temporary tag issuances and permanent title and registration issuances, while highlighting common issues our dealers encounter. ADD will provide tips for handling rejections from tax collectors or license plate agencies, and will cover how to decide when you should contact Auto Data Direct for assistance and when you should reach out to your tax collector or license plate agency instead.

UPDATE: Additional Maintenance Outage Florida DHSMV has announced an additional outage scheduled for Sunday June 4th, from 8:00 AM Eastern to 4:00 PM eastern. Scheduled Florida DHSMV Outage Friday, June 16th through Sunday June 18th Florida DHSMV will conduct upgrades to its systems that will necessitate a scheduled outage for the entire weekend.

The upcoming changes to ADD’s user security policies and login process are the result of ADD taking a proactive approach to securing your account information and access. Online security has been in the news due to several high-profile data breaches, with business such as Yahoo, Facebook, Home Depot, Target and more suffering from major security breaches.
