National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) records contain (as available from participating states):

• Current state of title

• Title issue date

• Odometer reading

• Previous state of title

• Current and previous title brand(s)

• Date the brands were applied

• Junk, salvage and total loss information

Report also may include, when available*:

• Theft data

• Lienholder Name and Date of Lien ** Additional data is not provided by NMVTIS.*

To run a TitleCheck, simply select the TitleCheck icon on your dashboard.

Users can also run a TitleCheck by clicking the DMV123 icon on the Dashboard, then selecting National Title Pointer (NMVTIS) with Lien/Theft from the drop down menu.
